I have a knob in the center of my front door installed maybe 50 to 70 years ago. It’s very retro, British, and incredibly impractical. One day it separated and I was looking at a whole new custom door and frame. No locksmith would touch it. Phil & Son with their generations of knowledge reassembled, cleaned, and made it as good as new. I appreciate what they did for me as I was in a tough spot.

It was chilly Tuesday morning, I locked myself out of the house, and I didn’t have my remote garage opener either. Lucky me. After calling Phil’s with a question about my car remote starter, Brian was so helpful and informative over the phone that I went into the store the next day.  Brian was there and he diagnosed my 2014 GMC Terrain key fob and let me know that it needed to be replaced.  He had the new fob in stock and had it activated and programmed within 10 minutes…and was gracious enough to give me a discount.  The store is extremely well-organized and immaculate.  I highly recommend Phil & Son Security for any of your security needs.

When I need a locksmith, this is the only place I’ll go.

I stopped by this local small business to consider keyless house locks for my home. The salesman on the floor (Marc) was very helpful in helping me decide. We scheduled an appointment and I was also thrilled with the security technician Brian. He was very polite and worked quickly. He never complained once about the extreme temperatures or pouring rain at the end. He also checked everything was working and made sure I understood how to program my new locks! To say I am pleased would be an understatement! Please remember this small hometown business when you are considering lock service because their service cannot be beat in my opinion.

I recently had Dave and Thad from Phil and Son to install an alarm system and security camera’s for me on my home. I am very happy with the great service, and user friendly system. They were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them for your security problems.
