The first step in designing and installing your custom home or business security system is to simply reach out to us. You can call our office directly or use our online contact form to request a phone call or email from our staff. We’ll contact you to briefly discuss your needs and schedule a visit from a technician.

A Technician Will Come to Your Business or Home to Discuss Your Security Needs

The security needs of any home or business will depend on many factors, including the surrounding environment, and so sending a security technician to see your property in person is important to building an accurate security plan. We’ll also discuss your needs based on your lifestyle or business and your budget.

We Will Create a Custom Security Plan

After a brief inspection and discussion of your goals, our team will draft a customized security plan for your home or commercial property. Depending on your needs, this may include options like motion detectors, fire and burglar alarms, Family Buttons personal alarms, and live streaming video. We’ll explain what’s included in your plan, why we feel it’s needed, and the costs associated.

Once Approval is Received, We Will Schedule an Installation Date

A technician will work with you to ensure you’re happy with the security plan and its components, and once Phil & Son, Inc. has your approval, we’ll gather the security and/or video equipment needed to complete your system and schedule an installation date that works around your life.

Install the Security Equipment on a Date That Accommodates Your Schedule

Life brings many challenges but fitting us into your schedule shouldn’t be one of them. We’ll set an installation appointment that works for you and arrive promptly on that date. Our technicians are trained to take all necessary health and safety precautions when inside our customers’ homes and businesses, and they will show the utmost respect for you, your pets, and your space.
Once the installation is complete, our technician will go over the basic functioning of your security and/or home automation system with you and direct you to resources for learning more.
